All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Once a booking has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

2. Ticket Policy

Non-Refundable: Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Date Change: You may request to change the date of your booking, subject to availability, for an administration fee of £10.

Minimum Numbers:

Tours are subject to a minimum number of participants.

If there are not enough people booked for a trip, your ticket will remain valid and can be used on the next available tour once enough participants have joined.

No refunds will be issued due to insufficient numbers.

3. Risk Assessment and Itinerary

It is your responsibility to read and understand the Risk Assessment and the full itinerary provided prior to the trip.

By attending the tour, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved with participation.

Any failure to follow safety instructions from Unidays Tours staff may result in your removal from the tour without compensation.

4. Health, Safety & Liability

Participants must ensure they are in good health and fit to join the tour.

Unidays Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred during the trip unless caused by proven negligence of the company or its staff.

Personal belongings are your responsibility at all times.

5. Changes and Cancellations by Unidays Tours

Unidays Tours reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

Safety concerns

Venue or supplier issues

Insufficient participant numbers

In such cases, you will be offered to transfer your booking to another available date at no extra charge. No refunds will be provided.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others, including fellow participants, staff, and members of the public.

Unidays Tours reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or offensive, without refund.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
